He asked for a trade & they tried to force him to stay. The man was unprofessional on the way out, but MDA& Morey were already gone & he didn’t think he could get a chip here. Tillman brought in a cheap rookie GM & HC. So he forced their hand. It was messy but he’s out and the team isn’t a contender. Was he wrong? Did you watch the game last night? Or the previous 10? It’s a bad team.
I love HTown & always will, but it was time for a reboot. This is a rebuilding situation and Harden/Morey/MDA didn't win the chip. Maybe this next version after the rebuild will. With new stars and role players we'll remember forever. The NBA game runs in cycles and this is our downturn. We'll be back.
