It does work that way. I could see 3 players contributing, or even 4. It is literally the difference from our roster last year, period. CP3 is a year older, but is also better rested. We’ll see...
You do realize that playoffs rotation get shortened right? Especially with Mike on board. Its not about quantity but rather quality in the playoffs. That borderline talented scrub as the 10th man on your team is not going to do much in the playoffs other than keep the bench warm for someone.
I came here to see OP's reasoning and was interested to see what his take was. Then i saw that it was just a belief for no particular reason lol
Not without small forward wings with some size. Combinations of CP3/EGo/Harden/Rivers/Shumpert/GGreen for any significant minutes playing the 1-2-3 will not take us very far. Too many good SF’s in the West. I’m guessing the plan is to add House and have Tucker play more time at the 3.....after bringing in a buy-out PF who can also shoot some 3’s. Then it’s money.
Morey tried, but too late to salvage now unless we have a miracle buyout candidate that plays like a superstar. Golden State is going to roll everyone. Get Harden that back to back MVP.
giannis is winning mvp. they will milk the "best record" narrative 24/7 down the stretch of the season
all the people who liked OP’s post better keep that same energy after tonight I’m no longer into posts of OP’s nature that aren’t based on any facts, just feelings
We won't win it this year. We lack height, defense and composure. If we can get a few tall defensive players in before the playoffs then I might change my mind. But for now, we're not winning the championship.
It's a joke the record of the team comes into question for an individual award. And the Bucks have one of the best squads in the league.... and we simply don't.
Not with no one stepping up when Harden is playing hurt like last night. If Harden is not in god mode no one on this team can do anything with the game on the line.I mentioned Paul needed to earn his money and he flopped . Gordon was a no show in the second half
I believe too. Best case scenario is that GSW will have a rougher road in the playoffs than last year considering the better competition in the West (hopefully all G6-7 before conference finals with us). Praying for good health of our team but injury can also affect all. GSW is also different without a Curry or Durant.
i like your optimism. nothing to lose, so might as well believe. anything can happen. its not like gsw is invincible right now. they struggled big time when one of their all star gets injured/sick. were always injured and were sitting at 5th seed. No contending teams in the west can afford to rest their starters. well not yet.
so can this 12-man roster win it all? 5) Clint/Manimal/Nene 4) Kiff/PJ Tucker 3) House/Shump/Green 2) Harden/Gordon 1) CP3/Rivers
It would surprise tons of ppl if this roster got to the Finals. CP3 and Harden are the only household names. Clint could be seen as a borderline star that can't create for himself.
