We are by far the most boring team in the league

I am so sick and tired of the lady Tmac, the only so called superstar who has never passed the 1st round.
And I am questioning Morey's judgement now, why let go Stawberry, Gerald Green, and did no trade Tmac for Hamilton/ Wallace.
Rockets are losers, and it is so rough to be a sports fan of Hou town

Scroing champs don't need to cut! Scoring champs don't need to run! Scoring champs don't need to play defense! Scoring champs just need to demand the ball and take bad fade aways.

    Get with the program.

There's no evidence that such a trade was actually on the table. Only that it was being considered by Detroit.

with tmac and yao this team is a half court/methodical team on offense and thus not "exciting". It is about what players you have not just who the coach is, contrary to popular belief. The bashing of JVG for the offense was never very fair. THen again, blind haters rarely are

The guy's right. We are boring.

I'm usually into every single play of every game. Last night I got up and walked away to do other things around my place pretty often it was so bad

    Here's an example:

I watched a lot of the bulls vs. blazers game last night. Derrick Rose would sprint the ball up the court every single time. I found myself thinking there is no way this guy can play this way all the time. But, then I realized I'm just used to the way the rockets play. We don't have any energy or any "want" to be in the game. To totally shut a team down and put them away.

There was a play early last night where someone was trying to pass the ball to Tmac in the high post while being guarded by Gerald Green. Tmac acted as if he DESERVED the ball. He didn't even try to get position and the ball ended up being stolen. You don't deserve the ball. You have to fight for everything. It doesn't matter who you are. It's ridiculous to me.

    That's all I have.

the reason of we watching the rox's game is that the team is Huston Rockes!
but in fact that the games they have played was almost really awful.horrible!
Even when I watched the rox's game one time ,I wanted to go to bed.
Please everybody do somthing to change the condition, don't make me sleepy again!!!

Last night I lasted until Dallas ran a pick and roll from the free throw line and some big man stiff went all the way to the basket for a bucket. No one, and I mean no one, from the Rockets even attempted to get in his way. I switched to AMC after that and watched The Enforcer for the umpteenth time.

Yes they are! Mainly because it is sooooooooo hard for the Rockets to score. When Brooks makes a three the crowd goes crazy. Pretty soon they will be standing on lay ups. I was so bored last night I kept switching to old UFC fights.
If you list the players who can't shoot well consistently it is almost the whole team. And any players that used to shoot well, suddenly can't shoot when they come to the Rockets (Barry, Artest, James, etc.)

Reason one: We don't get many open looks because we don't DRIVE and kick.

I agree, but remember last season when Alston, TMac, and others had so many wide open HORSE shots and still missed them consistently. Didn't TMac and Rafer both shoot below 40% last year. And what has happened to Landry?

You are just like this guy who posted this crap...

If you think we are boring then go watch a Spurs game or better yet, dont watch at all. People like you who say they are fans of a team then say the team is boring to watch aren't really fans. Rockets community doesn't need people like you.

Artest is shoting waaaay too much. He should be focusing on defense, getting steals. There is nothing more EXCITING than watching a steal -> Fast break for us.

Also, Aaron brooks is exciting. Carl Landry has been a huge letdown this season.

Home games are almost unwatchable. If not for the Rowdies, that place would look and sound like a morgue during most regular season games.

Not sure if the crowd is boring because the team is boring, or if the team is boring because the crowd is boring. The ol' which comes first the chicken or the egg argument.

People really need to drink more at games. It would really loosen everyone up. I plan on doing my part next week at the Pacers game.

People around here whine more than Tmac does. Grow up and support your team. If you dont like how we are playing, go cheer for the Lakers.

No I didnt forget him, but I prefer Alleyoops, game winners, crossovers, sick blocks, breaking down a on offense over a The Dreamshake, and alot basic blocks.

Hakeem is and will always be a better player than Steve(way better), but not as exciting to watch. Steve made it fun to watch the Rox even when they were loosing. But we also had Mo Taylor.Kelvin Cato power dunks here and there, which was exciting to watch also. Oh and you cant forget Calvin's commentary. Oh the good ol days of lossing :(
