That's a little melodramatic, don't ya think? By all accounts, they aggressively shopped Dwight but couldn't find a suitable deal. No deal is better than a bad deal. Plus, hypothetically, there's enough talent there for the light to turn "on" and for us to make a run. Perhaps qualify for the playoffs and make a little bit of noise during the postseason. I understand there's very little margin for error at this point, but in the land of hypotheticals we could still very realistically make the playoffs. That said, my "time to drink" comment is just a continuation of my ongoing frustration with how this season has transpired. Above all else, I'm confused. If the front office really does, indeed, believe this team can still make a run -- how are we supposed to do it sans two rotation players (D-Mo, Thornton)? I was expecting at least a deal for a rotation player. Somebody that could help us defensively and/or another shooter. Basically, the opposite of this Chuchu Madabum dude that I've never heard of
Did we find out what we gave up to the 76's for Chu Chu? What?? We gave up D-Mo for Chu Chu?? What the heck??
Mandelbaum, Mandelbaum, Mandelbaum! He looks like a poor man's, slow man's, Malick Badiane. Can't wait for the board to wonder why he isn't getting time on the Vipers.
This is comical. So this team has slowly become the joke of the league, and this is what Morey get for us. Picks and assets? Is that all he knows?

I don't think that is quite accurate. Pick and right to an asset... I know that is not a pick n roll or picks and assets. It is Pick and rights Go figure.
