That's a loose ball foul. Nene drove on the floor and tripped Fisher.

But Billups offensive foul. Geeze!!! Then Bryant's And1??? The ball was knocked loose and he got the ball and shot. Where's the continuation?

Jeanie Buss on Twitter: Ron Artest is here again on the floor - he must really miss basketball.

    LOL!

If the Lakers force Denver into a half court game for most of the 2nd half,it will result in a win for them. Nene's inability to score can prove fatal in the end.

Kobe's jumper is deadly. Only Shane can throw it off a little bit.

does anyone know the actual rule from the book? like if that's actually supposed to not be a continuation?

and if kenyon martin is a better outside shooter than fisher and vujacic, the lakers aren't winning.

holy crap now he's forcing 20 footers and making them. and fisher is throwing horrible passes.

How can it be a continuation if you don't have the possession of the ball?

i agree with jvg about big men bailing little guys out with fouls WAY to often. bynum and oden are the kings of this. they never force the guy to just make the shot. they always bring their arms down.

lol, gasol owned on a rebound and fisher commits another foul to give anthony a 3 point play.

LA just doesn't want it enough and cleveland's role players just aren't good enough. 65 and 66 win teams not making the finals, crazy.

Not really, remember the Mavs (and the Suns to a point) with 90s Supersonics have set us up for that. .. . That thing being 60 win teams who do not automatically advance to the Finals.

Maybe it's just me being sensitive because of Yao, but it really bothers me when announcers can't understand the difference between dunking from the side and literally dunking over someone.

i mainly meant doing it in the same season. when two teams clearly dominate their conferences like LA and CLE, they just don't miss the finals that often, and not in the same season.

and the mavs were kind of 67 win impostors. while it was just a terrible matchup problem that derailed them, no one really thought they were an unstoppable juggernaut or that dirk was a premiere star who wouldn't be denied, like LA/CLE and lebron/kobe looked like this season.

granted, kobe and lebron are tearing it up and it's the role players disappearing that's killing the teams, but it's still weird to see.

Shannon Brown is pretty good. From what I've seen he has a lot of potential. Aggressive D on Billups, can hit the three, and finish with his superior athletic ability (SMASHING OVER BIRDMAN!!).

I just saw Kobe palm the ball twice in that replay. Dahntay Jones got called for that earlier.
