If these Lakers think the Rockets and these Nuggets are physical, they wouldn't stand a chance against Knicks or Heat from 90s or the Bad Boys of Detroit (80s-90s). Every series would be over with 2 or 3 games, because either all of the Knicks/Heat/Pistons players were ejected and suspended for flagrants or the Lakers would be reduced to a starting lineup of DJ Mbenga , Coby Karl, and D-League free agents for injured players and ejections for fighting (or being beaten up). Kobe would've been in the hospital, after a shady, pre-colored headed Rodman literally tried to kill him with a close-line in the neck from the behind on a rebounding attempt. Gasol, Odom, or Ariza would've been taken out literally as a payback, if Fisher pull the same thing he did against Scola (the ROckets) against one of those 3 teams with Mahorn, McDaniel, Oakley, or random dude on the bench. Bynum would've been injured by Laimbeer who out of nowhere slid into the ground right into his injured knee, but Bill would claim someone pushed him from behind (although somewhat exaggerated). Sasha would get (a cheap, almost unseen) punch into the face by Isiah Thomas, after Zeke hit a game winning shot in one of the games.
Any body ever been to Coors Field, or live in Denver? I know you can bring in your own food/drink to the game..... just wondering if this includes beer??? i doubt it , but worth a shot.
Um, Coors Field where the Rockies play? Yeah, you can't bring in beer. If you mean the Pepsi Center, then once again you can't bring in beer. Anyway, back to the subject at hand, I have zero faith in the team to win tomorrow and that breaks my heart. The team that wins game 5 will win the series, but I just think the Lakers are going to come out hot and the Nugs have too many question marks for tomorrow. I am proud that I got to watch the best team in franchise history though. They are guaranteed to at least go 6 games in the Western Conference Finals -- something no other Nuggets team has ever done.
Aw come on Nugsy, you gotta have more faith than that! I too am worried about this upcoming game because the Lakers do have this very annoying and irritating tendency to just turn it on and off like a faucet. I have never seen a more inconsistent team than them. And they could come out and blow the Nuggets away in Game 5 like they did the Rockets, but I really hope that won't be the case. I think Denver can beat them two more times out of a possible 3 games which means winning at least one in their building. Not an easy job to do but far from impossible.
Have we met?!?!? Honestly, my gut is telling me this is not going to be a good outing for the Nugs. Whether it's right or not is anyone's guess.
Honestly, between you and me, I would bet on the Nuggets making the NBA Finals is a more likely thing to happen than our Broncos finishing with a winning record this upcoming season.
so bynum and fisher have 4 combined shot attempts and bynum was just posted up again and lost it out of bounds, but pau gasol doesn't have any touches? that makes perfect sense. how about they try to get bynum going some time in november and not in ****ing may and june because right now he blows. the lakers just don't care and too many role players have fallen off to get away with it any more. hopefully denver and orlando put on a good show in the finals but i foresee quite a few blowouts for some reason.
He seems like he has a big head. Like he is more than what he is. Missing free shots. Boy Bynum traveled like crazy The refs to the rescue!!!
Sasha- what a p*ssy. I swear, I very rarely say this, but I don't think I could stomach watching the Rockets if he were on our team.
