Oh, and your brother LosPollosHermanos is calling for you in this thread http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=235241 Ps. Stay away from that thread, pessimist not needed.
Obviously we don't want the Thunder or the Spurs if we want a shot of winning a game or two. Clippers/Grizzles much better for us. Don't pay too much attention to regular season match-ups we had - rarely a good predictor.
People that state that they would rather face the OKC Thunder or Spurs arent thinking of two things... 1. OKC has the Lebron equivalent in Kevin Durant. OKC has a bonafide superstar sidekick...and they have a tremendously efficient defensive front with Perkins, Ibaka, and Thabo 2. The Spurs are coached by one of the all time greats...Coach Pop is like Bill Bellichick...he will take away plan A, and plan b, and your task will be to go to plan C. This was the same team that went 2-0 against the OKC Thunder, before the wheels fell off in last years WFchampionships... 3. The Clippers are a possibility, but im worried about Chris Paul and his impact in the game. Without CP3, the Clippers are very beatable... 4. The only other team that is left is Memphis. The Rockets match up well against Memphis, and would have the talent to beat a team like Memphis. The Rockets should at all costs try avoiding OKC, and the Spurs...and the Grizzlies and Clippers should be teams we look at competing against. But first is first...have to beat teams that arent in the playoffs and we didnt do that last night...
The last team we should face is Thunder. The reason is simple: When we deal with thunder, it likes 5 vs 8 (+3 ref) The referee can easily bias in a short 2minutes to revere the whole game. Looks what they did to Spurs last playoff. Spurs was 'refereed' out. Thunder is the most notorious team for _____.
Unless you are David Stern looking for ratings, you are insane. If the Rockets sneak into the 6th seed and Memphis passes the Clippers, that would be a hell of a good chance at an upset.
If you go by playoff upsets, then it does matter. Off the top of my head the Mavs-GSW and Spurs-Grizzlies.
YES! PLEASE! Warriors face the Knicks next game than Rockets face Suns. 6TH SEED HERE WE COME!!!! Memphis currently own 6th seed
Thunder is only one game behind Spurs. I think they will take the top seed from Spurs, who have a tougher schedule.
The only way for us to get to play the Grizzlies first round is for us to do our best to get to 6th seed. They are only one game behind the Clippers now and may have a chance to get to the 3rd seed.
Was that tweet even real, or was it photoshopped? because if you check the bucks actual twitter account, that tweet doesn't exist. That or they deleted it.

This. Forget story lines (OKC vs HOU), or entertainment value (LAC vs HOU). I want us to advance as far as possible. I think the best chance for us is #3 MEM and #6 HOU in the playoffs. They would give us a little trouble due to their defense, but I can surely see us winning 4-2 in a series. A second best scenario I think would be the Rockets facing the Spurs. San Antonio is old true, but by the time the playoffs come around, maybe Parker may still be getting in game shape hopefully. If Manu or Parker or not 100%, the Spurs are totally beatable! That alone could give us a fighting chance and I think it could go a full 7 game series tipping either way!
I think Morey says that we match up best against the Clippers because we have a great defensive big man. CP3 is the only real worry. Vinny Del Negro is a pretty bad coach, so we'd be able to take advantage of their defense.
