there is basically no way to stop this team. last year harrison barnes cost them a title by not hitting his wide open shots when curry and thompson struggled. now they replaced him with the best scorer in the nba. you can't slow down curry, thompson, AND durant for a 7 games series. oh yeah, they're even better defensively now. geez.
Yeah, this is what I've been saying. Barnes could not have been much worse last year. Wide open shots. I'm actually surprised it didn't cost him in free agency.
he picked the greatest year ever to be a free agent. i mean people were giving mozgov 16M. i guess he knew what he was doing when he turned down that offer the previous year. it was like it was impossible for these guys to not get overpaid. of course if the players had smoothed the cap increase, then more people than just harrison barnes and mozgov could've enjoyed the cap increase and durant wouldn't be a warrior, but players are stupid so what are you gonna do.
Man gobert is such a beast. I do not understand why the jazz ignored him in so many plays when he rolled to the basket. Harden would have a lot of fun if he played with gobert. He would have gobert average over 20 points.
