This Nuggets team is still very young. 6 of their 8 rotation players are 25 or younger, including their two best players. It's rare that a young team would win 5 straight elimination games.
fwiw Kawhi was a -1 while PG was a -23. Both put up pretty good numbers though. I think there's something wrong with Harrell.
Ow ****, why the **** didn't I know this was on this early. Out of all the games, they chose this one to play early...wow!! Denver did it again. I told y'all they could give the Clippers hell
Very true. I know that his teams have lost 3-1 leads at least twice, once with the Magic and once with Clippers, and are on the brink of losing another with another talented Clipper team. And his Celtic teams, for as ballyhooed as they are, won only one championship. Still, a lot of blame falls on the players, some on whoever put this team together, and some on the Clippers gonna clip thing they can't seem to shake. And I was looking forward to seeing the Lakers measure themselves against the Clippers. The Clippers are the only real roadblock between the Lakers and a championship. I also wanted to see how this version of Kawhi would react to this version of LeBron in a seven-game series. Even if the Clippers still advance, I think this series has done a lot of damage to their confidence.
I’m just wondering because Harden can be +7 in a game we lose by 8 against the Lakers, and it’s still his fault Do the Clippers lack leadership?
Didn't really watch the game, but from my box score expert analysis, the two stars were great while the rest of the team was trash overall. Same can't be said for the Rockets, since Westbrook was trash all series.
Definitely. I didn't watch the game, but I do see that Denver whooped the Clippers in the fourth quarter. That is supposed to be Kawhi time. Whatever he did, did not have an impact.
Lou Will lowkey been trash the majority of these playoffs...he also wasn’t that good when he was here in Houston c’mon Lou, get it together
Agreed. I thought it was going to be a night game. Was browsing ESPN during halftime of an NFL game and I saw the game was in the second quarter. Very surprising.
This is why I wanted the Rockets in the Clippers bracket, you have a chance. There is so much futility int eh CLippers you have a chance. I had hope, but I knew Rockets had no chance against the Lakers and the Lebron; there is just too much invested in them being winners this year.
I am curious to see their 4th quarter stats, but I only need to look at the Nuggets scoring 30+ points in the fourth to see that the Nuggets didn't feel their defensive prowess.
