Home teams should wear white or light colored jerseys which compliment the court better. Looks off otherwise. Not sure who told you that, but restricting yourself to only 3pt shots makes an offense easier to guard. It's 2023 so you gotta shoot a good amount of 3s, but in the playoffs you gotta be able to score from anywhere on the court. Denver hit seven middies last night.
Signature game from Jokic. Up until last night the team lived and died by the output of Murray in these playoffs. Result last night could be a springboard to the finals for this team. 3&D wins!
When the Avs lost on Sunday, its like the whole city died a little. Almost no one even knew the Nuggets were a 1 seed lol. Denver is a football/hockey town for sure.
It probably didn't help that the Nuggets were god awful for a long ass time before Joker showed up. They made it out of the first round 2 times from 1990-2018. In that same time period they Broncos made 5 Super Bowls winning 3. Its easy to see why the city is Broncos crazy everyone loves a winner plus the Broncos were the first team in the city so they have a huge head start with the masses.
I always thought the Nuggets would retire Mutombo's jersey. In the original NBC NBA Theme Intro there's an iconic image of him securing the final rebound in a playoff match for the Nuggets while collapsing to the floor with emotions.
Nuggets seem real bad at recognising history. Melo left on bad terms but nobody else should have worn 15 there. Now it's going to be retired for Jokic
