I am shocked he isn't yet. I dont know how much OKC paid him or what his contract is but I wonder if ownership is being cheap again and are just trying to wait his contract out. They picked up his option for his fifth and final year of the original deal he signed. I mean even when he had KD and Russell - they choked in the WCF and set everything up for KD leaving. He did nothing to get KD or Russ in positions to succeed it just look like go out and play Russ ISO - KD ISO - but they were isolating without any real purpose. Now with just Russ - has done nothing I watch them play and I look at them and have no idea what they want to do offensively at all. I totally agree with you Cod that Adams is grossly underutilized offensively. They do have some decent parts but they have no identity at all. I don't understand how a team can go from a terror defensively to playing below average defense the way the Thunder have. There is a lot you can blame Russ for in his play but the coach has done nothing to reign him in or put some sort of structure for that team. I think Donovan was woefully under prepared and ready for the NBA and it was masked because of how great Russ and KD were in year 1 but you can see how despite adding talent year after year the Thunder barely gotten better and have been bounced out in the first round each time.
