I think Jokic is the MVP and has had easily the best statistical season the past 2 season, But I wouldn't take him over Giannis, KD, Embiid & perhaps a few others to win a playoff series or game. His game right now reminds me of early David Robinson, who was putting up some of the best statistical regular season center in the early to mid 90's. But when it came to the postseason and dominating the game, it was clear he was at best a distant second. Jokic is still only 27 so he can take the same leap Giannis did last year.
If you look at a the roster it’s a lot of one dimensional players, Jokic makes it work most of the time but for a defense like the Warriors the lack of offensive diversity becomes a problem Hard to blame the Nuggets, they are missing two key pieces in Murray/MPJ that really adds depth to the offense Defensively, too many bad / small defenders.
The presence of eye contact can communicate dominance, submission, honesty, interest, passion, and respect. Too often, players rather look around or up into the either than to give the reporter a slightest of recognition by making eye contacts at all. Maybe they're shy, maybe they're aloof, maybe they're exhausted. To give credit where it's due, Jordan puts his eyes squarely on this fine reporter here to communicate dominance, submission, honesty, interest, passion, and respect, a very honorable gesture by a young man.
Players are always wanting to get out of those post game interviews w/ the quickness, yet when it's Malika once it wraps and those mics are off they get to joking and dapping her up like I don't got nowhere to go rn girl Spoiler
denver just needs to keep going and put up a decent fight....warriors are injury prone and the wheels can fall off at any moment
Need the Nuggets to continue to get ousted in the playoffs so Jokic gets pissed off and leaves to join the Rockets next off-season. Speak it into existence my brethren.
