wtf was that. i was gonna clown on their pathetic defenses but then murray and mitchell combined to i think make 7 3's in a row, almost all difficult. when murray took that 3 on 1 fastbreak 3 and swished it, you knew he was in a crazy zone. i don't know how you explain the game where they both scored 50, and the fact that 2 of 4 people to ever score 50 twice in a series are in this series, but that was amazing.

Harden can definitely score more than 80 but teams won't let him. Remember when he was dropping 40 every night? That lasted for like a week or two and they were playing him like it were the playoffs. Hard traps and doubles in random games, they simply would not let him do anything but pass.

Probably a little bit of everything. Sure, other defenses are better, but they've been shooting better on difficult shots than many other players do on wide open shots.

That was incredible to watch in the 4th quarter. I have to say though: their defenses are pretty terrible. But I think it is more personnel based than anything else. I don’t think you can have your centers drop against the elite guards coming off the PnR in this era. They are too good at exploiting that space.
after playing the trash dallas defense and then 2 teams that give up 50 on the regular, kawhi's stats are going to be crazy after two rounds.
