Feel like you guys are way overestimating these teams. You really think the suns would beat the bucks? I know we like to clown giannis but hes better than anyone in this series aside from kawhi
in real time that was an obvious moving screen on booker. also paul george is a choking joke, imagine the immediate and forever ridicule of harden if he had missed those 2 FTs
I loved the ending. I also love that they Used Booker as the screener/distraction. Great great coaching
an announcer mentioned that there is no offensive intereference on the inbound not sure if that what you have asked? or you asked if defender is allowed to block it?
Man did the refs and the rules make for anti-climatic to what would've been an awesome ending. No way there was 0.7 left and all these long as reviews...Scott really tried to give this game to the Clippers.
from my perspective and true i wasnt watching too many games but mostly highlights only... its more like you overestimate the bucks...they werent impressive in this playoffs...they beat very weak miami and been taken to game 7 by nets decimated by injuries, they almost lost to nets.......they may lose to hawks for all we know...suns looking like a better TEAM higher iq even without cp3 and suns have HC advantage and a great crowd
i was curious about both. Can a defender not block it but an offensive player can interfere for that dunk?
Not sure if completely accurate, but the way I understood it is that: An in-bounding ball is not live until it is touched by a player on the court. That is why the clock doesn't start until touched. That is why the in-bounding player cannot just shoot at the basket. So, given those guidelines, there is no offensive or defensive goaltending on in-bounds ball until the ball touches a player. So yes the defender can tip the ball away even if over the rim or on the backboard. And the play was legal by the Suns.
I think there are specific times in the rule book for tips, catch and shoot, etc. This was more like a tip than a real dunk with a gather. So, there should be time on the clock. They may have been generous with 0.7 seconds, but refs were essentially correct.
Basically. Boogie would have been better suited to be at the rim Rather than at the line in front of crowder. Rocket River
I though the Clippers did as good a job as they could. Suns had 0.8 seconds, so the tip in/dunk was not the only option. Clippers still had to guard against a catch and shoot from everywhere else, and having a large guy making the "perfect" pass harder is decent strategy. Also, Zubac is a pretty good rim defender.
