Joey Crawford. I don't think the fans were giving him enough attention so he had to make a move, esp. With Stern in the stands to be proud of his boy.
Yeah, he's the worst I've ever seen and I've seen a lot of bad coaches. Look at how Chicago turned around the instant he left.
Did Vinny Del Negro foul the grizzlies 47 times? Ya'll blaming the wrong person. The clippers don't know how to play defense without fouling and Joey Crawford wasn't going to let the clippers get away with bush league play. The players were who lost this game for the clippers, not the coach, because they, the players, don't know how to play mentally tough when the going gets tough.

This puts an end to all the Rudy Gay indignation, right? It was a lazy narrative to begin with. Come on man, the Clippers didn't commit that many fouls. That was just a typical Joey micromanaged game where if you breathe on a guy it's a foul. I'm not even saying it was one sided.. it was just a really poorly called game because we were watching FTs half the time. Let them play, Joey! Like game 7 last year.. that was better (and not just because the Clippers won). I am blaming the right person because Vinny is awful. You can't see this because you don't really follow the Clippers, but he is just the worst. And I'm not one to blame the coach most of the time.. for instance, when 99% of Clipper fans were calling for Dunleavy's head, I thought he was OK. At least he ran some plays. Vinny's playbook is "give the ball to Chris and hope it works out".
Wait a second. I have to revisit this. Are we just pretending last year didn't happen? Mental toughness? Really? I'm willing to concede that the Grizzlies are the better team (better balance, much better coaching), but mental toughness is not exactly their forte, my friend. This is a team that tenses under the pressure and if not for the inexplicable Billups' substitution and subsequent turnovers, we were primed for another epic collapse tonight too. At any rate, we now officially have a rivalry.
this was by far the Clippers best season LOL they were title "contenders" lost in the same first round as Lakers while having no significant injury problems
Hey man, why you no reply to that thread? I mean, you were all over it earlier in the year? What's up with that?
Joey had some sick moves tonight for sure. You can tell he's put in the practice, and that's why he's "da best".
The super team Lakers that needed help to even make the playoffs got swept You have no reason to even be here, especially since the disappearing act you did when they lost
