In the playin?? For a game? Nope. They had it by a little bit after game 4. But Lakers were +20 tonight.
class action lawsuit if the Rockets don’t make the playoffs next year Warriors and Suns are cooked, and the Kings are not a threat…Zion’s health is also not to be trusted no excuses I need to see how these dudes compete in a meaningful game
What is it, almost 13 and 1 wins over LA recently? Two dagger Murray shots? JokAngeles, Los Bromistas, we need to figure out the name.
LeBron and Davis could have guarded that last play better than Reaves and Davis. This game winning shot was a bunny and pretty much unchallenged, unlike the last one over an outstretched Davis.
Denver really had to win by 40 points because the lakers def should have had more wins. The NBA wanted more wins for the Lakers. Any other team this would have been a 7 game series.
Jokic didn’t take one FT tonight. Murray took one. El Oh El. Glad all that **** didn’t break the Lakers way, but that’s annoying af.
I need to see a replay to verify, but it does seem like the Lakers should have switched something up on the final play to make it less predictable for the Nuggets.
Strange final play by Lebron to introduce another defender into the equation being the sideline. Jokic's defense on that final play isn't talked about enough in all the myriad replays showing Murray's final shot - more needs to be said about Jokic's defense immediately following. Unlucky LeBron. And by unlucky I mean beautiful.
It would be hilarious seeing someone average the same numbers that Bronny does, declare for the draft and see what the reaction is. My guess is they'd be laughed and ridiculed so hard they change their decision. Not Bronny though. That nepotism is a hell of a thing.
People keep talking about how much harder it will be for Denver against Minny. Well sure, the Twolves have been a better team than the Lakers. But, one thing that will help Jokic is that he won't have to worry about Anthony Davis going at him every play. I'm sure defending AD was draining for him.
