If PR wins, they and China advance. If PR loses, China, Slovenia, and PR are all tied at 2-3, where China and Slovenia will advance due to Head-to-Head points differential, since Slovenia lost by less than 14.

Actually, not sure Slovenia is already eliminated. The way I understand the rules.. if Puerto Rico loses tonight, then it's a 3-way tie for that 3rd/4th spot. Amongst the 3 teams with 2 wins, the point differential would be: Slovenia: +7 (+8 versus PR, -1 versus China) China: -2 (-3 versus PR, +1 versus Slovenia) PR: -5 (+3 versus China, -8 versus Slovenia) And therefore... Puerto Rico would be out, while Slovenia is in as the 3rd and China is in as the 4th.
Regardless, China will advance. If puerto rico win, then Slovina is out (lost to China), if puerto rico lose, then they are out
