So I'm sitting here at my desk eating some Christmas cookies, and it dawns on me that dang, I just ate half a box. Being single, I can't afford to be out of shape. Immediately I walk around the campus, and build up a small sweat. I get back to my desk, and do two sets of pushups (25 each), and two sets of arm lifts (15 each). I finish off the session with 2 sets of squats. Of course all of that burned a single chocolate chip that I've eaten, but it's a start. Anyone else have any 'at-desk' exercises they'd like to share? Oh and, seeing Rosie Palms doesn't count.
personally, i'd rather excercise after work. dont want to sweat while at work and start scorching my co-workers nose hairs and eventually become "The Smelly Guy". i also want to keep from looking silly when my boss walks in while i'm doing sets of squats
Well, for the record, I don't sweat when I do this stuff. At least not profusely. This reminds me of my fave commercial right now. It's the Nextel one, where those three guys are jamming out of sync to the music, and the boss walks in.
Between that and the available male section at Match.com, the twins are gonna have a great holiday! Just kidding guys! Go Rice!
I've seen this guy's picture in fitness mags. I swear its a photoshop of his head on someone else's body!!! the face doesn't match the physique at all.
Look into yoga. It's all in the breathing. Breathe - and you don't eat --- at least not so much. Breathe - and you can hold that stretch for a long time. Your own body is heavy. You have to find your center to balance and hold it.
