Wavelit!! Camera in the middle of Africa!

A ton of wildebeasts right now. That is all I have seen other than a few different bird species.

 

That wilde beast looks pregnant. So maybe we will see a birth of an Wildebeast on this site.

 

That would be cool. Is this the right time of year for giving birth for them?

 

Yes, for all animals in africa BTW. it is the beginning of the raining season, and then the young are born. So lets hope . Especially with wildebeast there is a real Baby boom, they all give birth within days of each others.

How do you take pics from that site?

 

Gazelles or antelopes are on now. Check that - I think those are zebras.

Edit: Yep zebras - It was hard to tell at night and them drinking. And off they go.

Uprising

He's back

 

I saw this video of a dude getting eaten alive by a lion. It was on those Extreme Videos type shows but overseas.

Maybe its on the net also.

 

For those who missed it I got a couple screen captures of the lion that was just on the cam:

 

Damn female lion isn't moving.. it's just sitting there lounging. move!

 

Several lions on shot now. And one having buffalo for dinner!

 

Here are a couple more pics of the lions with the water buffalo (or whatever it is) they killed this morning around 4:00am (Africa time) off to the right of that pond.

 

Has there been any chase or anything?
