are you the kind of person that cries at emotional commercials?

can't believe you would feel bad about saying no to a ridiculous question.

She must be a liberal and you must be a semi-compassionate conservative. :)

No..... Chick just randomly trying to use you since she knows you come from money? what kind of BS is that? If this was like your best friend, and needed it or else he would lose his house/family/etc. then yeah you should probably help out with what you can, some random ELEMENTARY SCHOOL girl that you knew comes back to you to get $3,000? tell her to move along. $3,000 is a house payment, car payment, groceries, gas, insurance, bills, and pocket money bro.

Bait and switch. Say you will help her with the 3 grand and engage in physical activities.. Afterwards say it wasn't great and you changed your mind.

Anytime someone i've met in the past asks me for thousands of dollars I help them out -- it's just the right thing to do. It's not like she is just some stranger off the street -- this is someone you know from elementary school.

Everyone here knew a kid who ended up as a drug addict.

Don't lose any sleep over it.

Not someone that guilt trips you into giving them money.
Hey we grew up together, hey we went to elementary school together.
Saying that once is fine just to introduce herself, but it seems like this girl constantly tried to keep it in his mind for her own advantage.

Kid. Read KC's post again. Then reconsider your (serious) response.

I did not catch the sarcasm.
But. This did remind me to put you on the ignore list!
Thanks ATW! I enjoy your Islamaphobic posts from time to time in the D&D, but sadly that's not worth the cost of having to deal with condescending remarks from you.

3k? Might have to put her out on the corner. . . .
Hey! I think I knew you in another life. . . can I get 3k?
    *grin*
Just kidding man . . but seriously I would be very hard pressed to loan out that
    amount of money.
esp not to someone . . who I have not laid eyes on in 15 yrs

Let me ask you this. Even if you did decide to give her the 3k would it come out of your pocket or would you have to ask your parents for it?

If you have the money and it wouldn't hurt you at all whatsoever financially then I would consider loaning it to her. If you have millions I mean 3k is nothing. Millionaires wipe their ass with 3k so it wouldn't hurt to help the poor girl out if that's the case. Not much different than giving it to charity.

If you don't have millions or if you have to get it from your parents then don't give it to her. No way.

Millionaires do not randomly give random people $3k. Specifically because it is COMPLETELY different than giving it to charity. As someone who supports legitimate charities where possible, I find the comparison to be a little ludicrous.

    Just saying...

I would de-friend this person from Facebook. She has mental problems I think.

When the Dali Lama emails you personally and asks you to wire him $3,000 to help save the world....you do it bro!
