    It sounds to me like the Warriors strategy for beating the Rockets in the playoffs is to lose before the Rockets get a chance to beat them.

    People, especially owners need to be more diplomatic when they speak about opposing teams. Lacob will definitely rub some people the wrong way

    I guess some folks find truth can be offensive and cruel sometime? Or just down right sensitive..... He's got a good point, we aint no track record in playoff success, regular season aint the same as the playoff.

    He's not wrong. The year the Worriers won 73 games, the Spurs had an under-the-radar 67-15 record and seemed a shoo-in for the WCF to face off with Golden State. Instead they got spanked by the Thunder in the Semifinals.

    Do I think the Rockets will reach the WCF if healthy? Yes. But they still have to go out there and win those games.

    Yep. I agree. It sure looks like he's hoping we can't prove it in the postseason and that we get upset.

    I'm not offended by his comments but it's a lot like telling your 90 year old grandfather "see you next weekend at the BBQ gramps - unless you keel over- that could very well happen you know, gramps- I may be at the BBQ but YOU may NOT. You have to prove yourself on the court of life gramps"

    Rockets should've made it to the conference finals last year. I see no problem with what he said. They gotta go out and take it this year.
