    It sounds to me like the Warriors strategy for beating the Rockets in the playoffs, according to the owner, is not to have to face the Rockets in the playoffs. :eek:

    Looks like the hunter has become the hunted. :)

    I was thinking that he’d say warriors have to make it there first.. lol

    Without curry, they’re a KD injury away from not getting past the first round.

    Same goes for rox but we’re deeper at least.

    Nothing wrong with what he said. We gotta prove it. If the Rockets play like they're supposed to, we will be in the WCF. But everything is depending on whether Harden shows up. I want to see Harden put forth the same effort he put on in the regular season. We can't have anymore game 5 peformances

    He's more diplomatic, but if you remember Donkey and Kerr's remarks about last year, it sounds like there's an inside joke among them that we won't show up for the matchup.

    This is what I was going to say before I read the quote. But, not once did he mention them not making it. It was basically the rockets may or may not make it. But I also didn’t read the article, so I could be missing parts. Regardless, I just hope we come to play this year.

    Lmao so he lays out the scenario where they might be in the WCF and we wont but doesnt acknowledge the possibility of us being in the WCF and them getting upset before the 3rd round.

    Warriors have drank the kool aid. They are primed to be beaten. Remember steph saying something like “rockets can think they will win, no matter how irrational it is”
