If Yao lives to a max, then we match, if not...well, I guess we'll know in 2005. Either way, I doubt Yao ever wears Blue and gold and red (is that their colors?). I'd tell that to my fans to if I were Golden State. What a pathetic organization.

In other news, the Pope is catholic.

And in addition, one plus one equals two.

I doubt anyone would go to GS just for money, no matter how much they're paying you.

But you gotta wonder, if GS gave up their franchise player for NVE, what on earth would they be willing to give up for Yao?
(Not that they have anything we would want for Yao)

If you remember before the lottery last year, Golden State, along with Chicago and New York, were the teams Yao wanted to play for.

Now I understand. The trade with Mav was the first baby step of the GS to clear enough salary cap space to make a run at Yao in 2006. Who says the GS franchise doesnt have a longterm plan? They actually know what they are doing. :D

Maybe GS forsees that a max contract for Yao from the Rockets will put us $50.25 over the luxury tax, effectively costing us $100.50 plus millions for not being under the luxury tax cap, forcing us to let Yao go for nothing.

GSW is OBVIOUSLY going to go after TMac and Kobe so they can build a 4 guard 1 center rotation: Jrich, Kobe, TMac, Pietrus, then Yao.

The GSW front office is full of geniuses! Playoffs, here they come! (after 2006...)

If I am a 15 year veteran on my last leg, already won a ring but still loves to play and not getting my minutes, I'd love to play in Golden State, especially if they pay well. Nice place to live too.

A nice place to live but you have to pay for the price. I live in bay area and just bought a property for 400 K in a city about 45 min away from SF. Just wonder what kind of property that I can get in Huston.

exactly.. who is in the right state of mind to let yao go?! his one of the best centers in the world which in turn makes your team a very formidable team to face and as an added bonus, he's a very marketable guy! i mean, the media is freakin following him 24/7!
