Warriors Guard Appears At Court Legally Intoxicated For DWI Case

    Was debating putting this here or Hangout but I guess it relates to NBA more than just a randomly hilarious story.

    I wouldn't call a story of an alcoholic showing up to court for a dwi intoxicated randomly hilarious.

    .09 is like two beers. Or four beers two hours before your court case. I suppose it's disconcerting that he's drinking in the middle of the day (probably satisfies enough CAGE criteria to get called an alcoholic), and the fact that he did it before his court case suggests he also meets the criteria for alcohol abuse (drinking in the face of negative social consequences). Not good for him any way you cut it, but yeah I've seen much worse.
