proportions vary of course but onions (lots) potatoes (your call) corn on the cob (your call) garlic (lots) and spice...i think this is what my friend uses ...but the bigger bags and a generous amount oh yeah, and a cooler of beer
My friends and I boiled crawfish for the first time for the Super Bowl. We got a 36-pound bag at Fiesta. In addition to a bunch of garlic, onions, and a bag of crawfish boil spice, we tossed in three lemons and and orange. We also gave it a few tablespoons of sriracha or "rooster sauce." Once we boiled the hell out of all that we took the fruits/vegetables out and threw the crawfish in with a ton of smoked sausage, corn, and potatoes. It turned out AWESOME. The potatoes took the longest to cook by far.
Where can I get big crawfish..............besides your girls .....? Seriously though, where and what time of year?
I just thought of this today when my friend wanted to get crawfish at lunch. I thought I'd post it for my digifriends. JK I really want macalu meat.
Lawls. Nice, sharing this one with a bud. I'm getting some crawfish this Friday at The Tap in College Station.
There's a place on Veterans Memorial and Bammel that has them called Bluewater (I think that's the name). They're kinda small at this time of year though. Best to wait until March.
wow. just....wow. it's called Tony Cachere. that burning sensation you had on your lips? yeah, you put it on hers.
