The 1 guarantee w/ Obama's timetable for withdrawal is that it would have been in defeat because there would not have been the surge therefore Iraq would still be in chaos right now. Violence would be up, American casualties would be up, and would continue to go up because of the withdrawal process. There is enough success in Iraq right now to start the withdrawal process because of McCain's unpopular policy (the surge).
You are wrong about that being a guarantee. Given the knowledge that they would have to be almost responsible for governing their own nation, and that the occupiers who inflame much of the conflict would be leaving, there is no guarantee that things would not have proceeded much as they are now. there might have still been huge payouts to people who used to our enemies in order to make them our friends. You can imagine in your mind what would have been the result, but that doesn't make it truth. My ideas may have been wrong as well. There is no way to know, so going around claiming guarantees on hypotheticals just isn't that wise. In addition you have already shown that you had no idea what Obama's actual plan for withdrawal was anyway. It wasn't get them out win or lose regardless of conditions on the ground as you tried to claim.
