Okay, nevermind. Last night I heard them say on 97.5 that there would be a 'Major Announcement' on Wednesday morning. & hearing no W & J right now, I can only assume that they are the Announcement....
They were on this morning. I listened for two minutes when they jumped into the man song "I can do what I want if I want to get in trouble." Funny the first time, not the 50th. These guys are so lame. Pretty much guarantees that I won't be listening to 97.5 on my daily commute in the mornings. Houston radio sucks a little more today.
Completely agree. W & J is a step below, well...everything. Terrible show with absolutely no humor whatsoever. I may be in the minority, but I seriously enjoyed Stevens and Pruitt. Hell, I even liked the show after Pruitt left when it was Stevens, the Boner, Lock and that bald headed dude. I attended 3 holiday balls and saw some seriously twisted stuff. I love those memories. I listen to 610 am the majority of the time, but even their morning show is starting to bore me. Stern sucks. 93.7 is ok but I'm not into the classic rock. I guess I'm just jonesing for an ALL COWBELL STATION, ALL THE TIME!!!
I absolutely hate morning radio. I want music, not some douche bag laughing hysterically about bull****. Its horrible. The lone excepting was Mancow's Madhouse in the Morning. That dude is really funny.
You remember the 1967-1973 incarnation of H&H? Stevens and Pruett WERE the second version of the team.
