i think there has been previos threads pop up from time to time on here about a bad experience at wal-mart. to me wal-mart is trash. 1st of all let me say that i have no intentions on being disrespectful for the exceptions, but the workers and most of the people that shop are rude and are absolutely no help. i mean do they know that their freakin logo is a . id rather pay a few more cents for a better product at target. there is also hardly any long lines there, although they have 100 registers, 2 of the open as someome stated earlier. the funny thing is though, is that i used to work at wal-mart....1st job actaully when i was younger. worked at the register it was very frustrating when i would get written up for not asking how someone was doing or not smiling. customers would actually complain. long story short, it ended pretty badly but needless to say, wal-mart is terrible. the only section at wal-mart remotely close to being nice is fabrics and im not fond at saying ive been back there...more than once.
Whilst I prefer cheap, I am with you on almost the entire post about Wal-Mart, rusHour. I try to avoid having to ask for customer service. I don't want to talk to someone who hasn't had Custmer Service training. I hate the fact that most employees there don't know Customer Service, but hey, what more can I ask for if they have cheap prices for my kids' DVDs?
word of advice for the few that decide to wait till late to go and not deal with the long lines or the broken self registers....bring your pads cause your bound to get run over by the palette jacks. and when you happen to walk through an isle being worked on by a employee (moving around the huge pile of boxes), all they can do is give you a mean glare.
i take offense to that. i'm not a hillbilly. i shop at walmart, mostly the supercenter. i wouldn't go so far as to call Walmart dirty on the inside (outside is another matter), it's just more congested than Target.
are these the same ones that you have to ask to get to cause they are locked....sounds like fun. asking for help...
Nah. I think only the video games and consoles are locked at Targets and Wal-marts. I think some of the "dirt" people here are referring to are those $5 bins where all the DVDs are everywhere and there are people there waiting to buy RoboCop3.
