Cousins deciding on Houston is a likely sign that Wall is on his way as well. Cousins could have signed with other legitimate contenders, but the theme of today’s NBA is the buddy system.
Would be a huge swing, hit or miss from the front office to rely on both cousins and wall with their injury history. Either way, it will be fun to see! Gotta respect the new GM for his work so far.

He signed a 1 year deal, on a team that had NO centers....he knows he can prove himself and earn a bigger contract. This was pure biz on his part. DD
To the extent there is any fire behind the smoke... then if it gets Wall wanting a trade to HOU and therefor requesting as such with the Wizards and being a malcontent and therefor convincing them to part with more assets... that’d be nice. wall for Russ doesn’t work for me straight up because Walls likely to play like 45 games.
