Walker is hurt by Kobe's comments

    Kobe should handle his current situation like Francis did last year.
    Kobe: "I understand Samaki has some back problems and he's hurting, but he's not hurting any more than I am," Bryant had said. "I'm out there playing my butt off every single night. Hurt. Bad ankle. Can't walk. Don't matter. I'm out there playing. They should be out there playing as well. Devean George, he'll be back shortly. We have to get our core guys out there playing basketball right now."

    He should handle the Lakers situation like Francis did when the Rockets went 2-26 without him.
    Francis:
    "People try to get me to say, 'Hey, look, they lost this many game without you. I don't think that's good manners to your teammates, because they're practicing every day and working hard to win game. For me to say that's the reason we lost games, that would be conceited, and that's not Steve Francis."

    That is how Kobe should have handled the situation. He shouldn't go crying to the press and pissing his teammates off.

    Nomar, my thoughts exactly!

    It might be immature for me to type this, but I would have thrown Kobe off the bus had he 'slugged' me in the back, just like I would wrap my cane around his neck for calling me out in the press.

    And another 'front-runner' rears his ugly head!

    I actually like Kobe a lot, but he's wrong for making those comments. If a guy can't go, he can't go, PERIOD.

    Man I hope they lost to the Mavs. Blowout. 110-80. And they Kobe cry on the court. And then Kobe on the IL because of a bad back, the same one as Walker. Then Walker comes off the IL in place of Kobe:

    'Hey Kobe's hurting, but he's not hurting any more than I am,' said Walker.

    Man that would be the most satisfying thing that could happen in this world. :D
