Jabari has all the tools. He should study tape on Robert Horry and be content. The problem is, he thinks he’s a combination of KD and Michael Jordan. Dude you’re a set shooter. Stop trying to dribble and make things happen when that’s not your game. It’s so Rockets that we missed out on Paolo and Chet and ended up with Jabari.
I don't think anyone who actually watches the Rockets think the offense should be run by Reed..... Teams know they can be physical with Reed and make him pick up his dribble pretty easily.
You rebuilt this team based on these players. All turned out to be good players. Sengun could be a super star , i mean at 23 people lets not for get these players are like years from being in there prime lol I think you keep them. Sengun has been injured, there been some bad games recently. But overall they are doing just good. If you can find a defensive/Pg/3pt anchor, you maybe trade DFS, Tate pick or something for that. You can also build around them. FVV Can possibly lead this team next year for a chip, lets see if what they do this year?
Rockets fanbase historically only knows how to viciously hate or constantly excuse a player. It's exceedingly rare that fans consider a drafted player to be "just another guy". I mean historically we've had huge factions pine for Terrence Williams, Donatas Motiejunas, etc. I think Smith is just a guy who plays smaller than he is, Tari is a sparkplug with a bonehead streak, Amen is an extremely unique player with a flaw in the most critical area of playoff basketball, Reed plays scared and panicky and Sengun is mini-Jokic with erratic efficiency. Good luck to whoever wants to make that recipe into a playoff contender. The dough still needs a lot of kneading.
These aren't the guys to trade. If Fred were here, all those guys would be looking much better. Dangle Okogie or DFS for an interim Fred and we're good.

I’d get out of KD and Jabari’s contracts if possible. KD has been solid, but we aren’t doing anything with him, we’re learning to rely on him to bail us out instead of our young players developing their games. That and the last year of his deal could be an albatross
frauding up the thread....not good yes, most of us think we are better off with reed at the controls.
Coulibaly Branham Bagley and one of AJ Johnson or Wesley for Bari Clint Uncle Jeff and Aaron sounds good to me
