it wasnt too long ago that cuban said the rockets were "not a very good team". the problem with that is they beat the mavericks, who i assume are at the very least, a good team according to cuban. and they beat them in 5 games which is basically a sweep. now you have the rockets forcing a game 6 against the clippers, who i assume cuban thinks is a very good team, especially after beating the defending champs in 7 games. but how can the rockets take the clippers to 6 games if they're not a "very good team"? that doesnt make any sense huh cuban? Spoiler what about you westbrook, does this make any sense to you? Spoiler yeah, he doesnt get it either. this is some weird **** the rockets are pulling.
They did choke away Game 1 without CP3. Then threw up one of the worst displays of basketball in Game 4. Sometimes you just have to let things go. There's a lot of time to beat your chest once the Rockets make it out of this round. Shhh... it'll all be over soon.
ohh didnt know i'd get tenchi the negative nancy. what dou mean it'll be over? u dont think the rockets can beat the clippers?
yeah im not mad at cuban or anything. its hard to make a joke in clutchfans without everyone taking it the wrong way or taking it seriously. im just cracking jokes at him. its too funny for me to stop.
"Forcing game 6" is some kind of achievement? Great performance by the Rockets in Game 5. Finally showing some effort helped, the Clippers also did not play well (Jordan foul trouble, some guys stopped the some of the same shots they couldn't miss in earlier games). But the Clippers are still the superior team and the Rockets are still very flawed and one step below a real contender. Cuban is right about the Rockets. It's just that Cuban's own team sucked even worse-- to a large part because Cuban was wrong about Rondo.
Because beating the Mavs trumps going deep in the playoffs. For that, the playoffs will be extremely frustrated.
