Why does everybody think this move is a move to make more moves? Why can't this team add w/o subtracting?

I love the move, but hope they do nothing else... at least not right now. I love this team and regret that we didn't re-sign Wafer last year, but not for what he was asking.

Yeah, he had a blow up w/ Adelman and I questioned his mentality after that, but the guy has scoring talent and that is more than 80% of the rest of our roster.

Sources say that Wafer won't sign unless David Andersen changes his number.

HOUSTON - NBA sources told FOX 26 Sports the Houston Rockets plans to re-sign free agent guard Von Wafer fell through when Wafer did not pass his physical Tuesday night.

Sources told FOX 26 the Rockets may re-visit Wafer's situation soon.
With Wafer no longer an option the Rockets signed forward Michael Harris from the team's NBA Development league affiliate, the Rio Grande Vipers.

I didn't like this signing, but I still do feel bad for Von. He seemed genuinely excited to be rejoining the Rockets so hopefully he still gets a job in Memphis.

Yeah. I should learn to keep my mouth shut on stuff like that. Murphy's Law just kicked me squarely in the balls!

    I owe you an apology.

If he can't play now, they should not sign him, and signing Harris instead is a nice alternative.

    AWESOME.

If it's some sort of substance abuse, that would be classified as mental wouldn't it?

Very debatable. Chase is better in every aspect other than footspeed from what I see. I loved Von until the playoffs last year. I don't want him back now that we have Chase.

Budinger scores at a lower rate and at a significantly lower percentage on both two points field goals and three point field goals.

    How is it debatable?

Earlier this year when i said Gay was a better player than shane and ariza, you said no way. I would risk not resigning gay which i think they could sign him lower than what he's asking for in memphis to trade ariza to memphis and get from under his mle deal. If gay got the same 20 shots ariza is getting or he'd score more and shoot for a higher %
