Good signing given the Rockets current situation. Rockets needed a quick fix in order to keep in the hunt for playoffs

Budinger is out with injury. McGrady does not look like he can help this team right now. You never know which Ariza will show up. You cant rely on Battier for offense either. Rockets need a player that can score at that spot and Von can fill that role.

As long as he does not have to face Sasha Vujachick, he will be fine.

Morey's Jedi mind tricks, eh? Leave Wafer hanging in Greece and he'll coming crawling back.

No way! Budinger got some steals and had 12 rebounds in his first start ever. As for Tmac, it's debatable since you can't really tell much in 8mins of play.

I was fooled once by Mike James it's not going to happen again! =)

He needs to really STFU when it comes to talking to coaches if he were to have a nice stay here.

If Von can replicate his production on offense from last year and looking at what McGrady can give the Rockets right now, yes. Von can help this team more than McGrady can right now when they are trying to stay in the race for playoffs. Rockets need production, not rehabilitation, right now. McGrady can rehabilitate on the side.

Wish we could lock him up for cheap, I really feel he's underrated when you consider his youth and the instant offense he has reminds me alot of j.r. smith.

I just think he hasn't gotten much exposure, which is why alot of teams passed on him, we should lock him up for a 1-2 mil a year type deal with a team option.

WOW! Totally unexpected. What does this mean for T-MAC though? When Chase comes back, we'll have Wafer, Chase, Ariza, and Battier at the wing positions. Where does T-Mac fit in? My guess would be on another team...

Why do we insist on being so Guard heavy. CBud, Lowry, Brooks and Wafer... Someone is getting traded soon with Tmac...

Anyone notice they had to buyout his contract? Who honestly wants T-Mac? I'd kill DM if he traded for Oneal, he'd simply rake away more time from the forwards we have now. How's the rotation gonna work with Chase back?

    Wafer/T-Mac/C-Bud?

    *raj looks in crystal ball*

Look for Trevor Ariza to be moved to the Orlando Magic for Marcin Gortat sooner rather than later.

That would be the best Christmas gift in a long, long time. Any usable big in exchange for Mr. Brick Shot would be awesome.

Haha it's sarcasm... its just that to Rockets fans, it seems like we just got one of the elite players in the league. But the way he came through for Rockets last season, I can see why a lot of fans are excited. Also it's about time Daryl Morey made a move. Hopefully a bigger and better one happens sooner than later.
