Yeah, I guess the Rockets have no need for YET ANOTHER shooting guard on their roster. Could you list all the NBA quality SGs they have? *crickets* Case closed.
This is what the world sees^. The majority of the people not Rockets fans do not see him as back stabbing. He was injured. They read tmac's injured out for the season. They don't see tmac BACKSTABS team to cut them of their trade opportunity.
No, i agree with you just some people have it twisted. I even argued for McGrady but i got too much flak for it. Infact I said something close to that about career threatening surgery. I'm not a tmac only fan.
The only game MeMac has left is the one he's running to find another sucker er team to subsidize his NBA lifestyle.
Sir, you are right. Tracy is the victim here, take a look when he was in orlando. I actually felt bad for the guy, he being all professional taking the high road, while orlando management bashing him during a public interview. Les FREE Tracy!!!! Also he was victim in Toronto, he just can't catch a break. You know what he is still an elite SG right next to Kobe. <object width="445" height="364"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pQKfqfN2k7U&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0&border=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pQKfqfN2k7U&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="445" height="364"></embed></object>
Toronto, Orlando, and Houston. See a trend. <object width="445" height="364"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/T-Ekfbt8aew&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0&border=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/T-Ekfbt8aew&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0&border=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="445" height="364"></embed></object>
I don't feel like arguing. IMO this is all im saying... If the Rockets want to rid themselves of tmac's drama it should be in their best interest to trade him before the deadline b/c they already said they would not buy him out.
There are so many people here who hate T-Mac because of his past. But we have to focus on the present: All this drama obviously gives us a bad reputation. I mean, even Wade says we should let him play, and I don't know what consequences that might have on the Free Agency. I still don't get why we don't let him play. I mean, we most likely won't make the playoffs this year, so why can't you just let him play? If he had played well, we would have had a good chance of trading him. What we have now: Most likely no trade, even superstars that complain about why he is not playing, and a bad reputation that might hurt us in the Free Agency this summer. We could have avoided this by just letting him play.
Its not like Wade is going to say T-mac is washed up. Of course he would say he feels T-mac has something left. He isn't going to throw a fellow player under the bus.
Why play a guy who's not part of your future plans. It was obvious TMac wasn't going to be here next year anyway, so why not let the players who actually were going to be here develop some chemistry? And what if TMac got injured? Then we wouldn't even be able to trade him at all. The odds of TMac getting injured are a lot greater than the odds of him playing well enough to positively impact his trade value.
