i dont really see how you go out of your way to film a documentary about yourself and the free agent process, then teach your audience that money is more important than family. if he winds up going back to miami and losing custody of his kids, should make for some awkward scenes.
Wade and Lebron are playing poker with each other? If Lebron commits to Cleveland, I suspect Wade will go to Chicago. And if Wade commits to Miami, Lebron is going to try to drag Bosh to Chicago with him. They're all waiting to see what the other is going to do.
i am not sure on LeBron coming to Chicago. The Bulls told him that his "inner circle" won't have special privileges in Chicago like they do in Cleveland. Lebron is meeting a 3rd time with NY. It seems that he is set on NY or Cleveland.
That is not the team the Rockets need to be better than, more like: Brooks > Fisher Martin < Kobe Ariza = Artest Yao > Bynum Bosh ? Gasol (don't know about this matchup, toss up) The bench progress will be huge for the Rockets.
Yep. The 2nd meeting was just with James' agent to discuss salary cap implications of Amar'e potentially signing. As has been reported apparently the NYK deal for Amar'e is predicated on their ability to land Levron.
If i was Wade , i would bolt out of Miami too . Look at the roster they only have 2 or 3 players signed . I really doubt Lebron and Wade will be one team , Bosh and Wade in Chicago seems quite likely. Lebron/Wade/Bosh doesnt seem so likely , but hey i could be totally wrong. NBA = where anything happens.
Wade already got a ring. It doesnt appear that Bosh or Lebron will take less to join him in Miami. If Bosh or Lebron form super teams wherever they go, Wade won't be able to compete with them with just him and Michael Beasley or possibly Wade-Boozer/David Lee on his team. Wade got the ring and all he needed in Miami, so it makes sense to have a change of scenery. Kind of like the Roger Clemens/Andy Pettite thing coming to Houston.
not if the raptors can't work out a sign at trade with the bulls. the raptors say they would welcome a S&T with the bulls because they want noah. the bulls will not S&T with the raps. i think whoever the bulls sign (lebron/wade) they will not be able to get a deal done for bosh. instead they will look at boozer or lee. bosh and be signed and traded to miami for a TE. so if wade signs there, i expect bosh to join him. which is why im' hoping wade goes to the bulls taking miami off the list of attractive FA destinations. then, bosh might come to houston regardless of where lebron goes (cle, njn, nyk). and in this case, lets hope it's anyone but the knicks.
nah ny alrady has amare in their pocket, the only team in real trouble is Miami.......they went all in gutting their whole roster basically, if james and bosh dont go to miami then why would wade stay? if bosh goes somwhere else, he may as well team up with lebron in chicago with rose, even if james decides home is where the heart is and stays in cleveland, why would wade stay in chicago with a bunch of nobodies when he can go to chicago and play with rose noah, deng and still have another max contract to use at some point? miami's the team in big trouble.
miami may be in big trouble, but at least if they lose wade and fill the team with role players, they may get a very high draft pick and someone to rebuild around. the knicks are looking at guys like miller and felton to pair with amare. pretty much even talent wise with last years roster. a little more talent in the starting lineup, less on the bench. i'd rather build through the draft than sign role players to perpetuate mediocrity. no offense, i can tell by your username that you like them. just how i see it.
I've had the sense for awhile that Wade wanted out of Miami. The kid issue gives him the perfect public relations cover to leave Miami. Since his camp floated that notion, I'm reading it as a very strong chance he goes with Chicago.
lol just cause i'm a knick fan doesnt mean i like how things have been going the last 7 or 8 years. waiting for a high draft pick and then waiting to build around them is a 5 year plan if you even pick a hall of famer.........i mean look at the wizards, ok they got wall, now how long till they become a contender? probably forever..........at least the knicks will do what they need to do to bring another big name in..........felton is small beans, and mike miller's not coming..........
Actually if you do draft a franchise player, someone to build around like Lebron, Wade, Durant, then you will see team results in a couple of years.
You know who isn't strongly considering Chicago? Brad Miller  At least, I hope. Rick Adelman better bring him to the promised land.
