Where's your source? Probably heard it from Chris Broussard.

His defense is easy. Crossing routes against man coverage all day.

TY Hilton tore his D up. Think what Andre would do to it in man coverage.

If this is true it will be a big win for them... We made a mistake letting him go.

Yeah, they were probably jealous of the fact that we led the league in fewest forced turnovers.

He is going to transform that defense for a year, then progressively get worse.

1 bad year doesn't take away from a lifetime of being a great coach... Wade has helped mold two of the best defensive players of our generation (Watt and Demarcus Ware) he could get the most out of Von Miller I guarantee you that!

It's not one bad season though. Our defense was periodically torched LAST year as well, but the offense was able to win games. His scheme has been figured out, and its time for a fresh start. If you're bringing in BOB, then you have to give him autonomy with his coaching staff. Period.

Forget the fact that the 2011 defense had danieal manning, Meco ryans, Cushing, Mario williams, glover quinn, connor barwin, and a pro bowl level JJo.

It was obviously wade's system, not a drainage of talent that hurt the defense in 2013, right?

If you need 5 or 6 pro-bowlers to run a good defense, you're not all that special a coordinator. And if you can only run a good defense that way, then there's no point for the Texans to keep you given that they don't have those players.

If you have a decrease in talent at 7 spots, don't say the coordinator's system was "figured out". No coach can run a good defense without talent. To say otherwise is foolish.

The 2011 defense wasn't good, it was great. When the talent fell, the performance fell. Not nearly as hard as the offense though.

The Texans were one of the best defenses even this year....the turnover prone joke of an offense though...

The performance fell to the point that it was historically bad at creating turnovers and in red zone defense? There's no excuse for that.
