Out 6 weeks just reported on Realgm wiretap! So he could make it back for last few weeks of regular season. If Heat make a trade tomrw, then stay at .500, then they could still hang into the 8th spot. Now if the injury is more serious, he might need surgery

I'm sorry to see him get hurt. He is a warrior- a great competitor. I like and Respect Dwayne Wade. He beat Dallas and Mark Cuban last season almost by himself.

Man I hated to see him get hurt, and it sucks to know he is out for the season. After so many injury plagued seasons for the Rockets these past few years I guess I felt their pain. Anybody saying they dont care or "better them than us" is just dying for karma to come up and bite them in the ass. Show a little compassion, that could have been Tmac!

    Sorry for him.

Just find it weird that it seems like if Dirk went down like that, the reactions would have been very different.

I guess some Dallas fans might think it's karma, after he deemed it necessary to call out Dirk like that.

what is really strange is have seen a few dislocation in my time, but while he was coming off and then sitting on bench it actually didn't look like anything had popped out... strange

Terrible. Bad thing happening to a good guy, a great player.

I hate any injury, let the best play the best etc etc. But this is truly regrettable.

D Wade is a class act, great player, and wonderful person. I am really saddened by this injury. I pray that he will recover sooner than expected. The NBA and the world need more D Wade's.

The Heat are going to have to fight to make the playoffs now. They are a bad team without Wade IMHO.

I know how you feel. You want your team to win but don't want to see the other team's star player going down with an awful injury.

That really sucks for the Heat. I don't wish injuries for any team.

Oh wait. Yes I do. I want all the Mavs to DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I guess they're not finals...bound...this year.

Oh yeah, and I echo the sentiments of everyone who hated hearing the news of Dwyane's injury, yet wish death upon every single Dallas Maverick.

I suspect if it happened to Dirk, Josh Howard, Terr, Amare, Manu, Duncan, Parker, or Kobe yes there would be less empathy here. Unlike Wade--1) all of those guys play for conference rivals; 2) some of those guys are total punks. Just look at the reaction to when Boozer went down (lukewarm compassion at best, e.g., "finally we are not the only team with injuries" type comments.

So what is so weird again?

SJC is Dirk's #1 fan and, by extension, a closet Mavericks fan.

I called dislocation or separation when I saw it. Duh Mass Tirico/Walton "omg his elbow".

Walton is the Madden of NBA.
