Wow, talk about learning how you can take some of the simpler things in life for granted.

I saw that footage and wondered to myself who the hell is that r****d squeezing Wade's shoulder, like the whole world needs to be reconfirmed that Wade was in excruciating pain.

"Hmmmm....how much pain is he really in? Well let me just squeeze his shoulder and find out...."

And I think it takes more then just one hand to pop the shoulder back in place, if that's the theory.

You never know until the MRI comes back...but if they couldn't pop it back in place, that's pretty much means there's some serious damage that occurred.

Hope surgery isn't required - hate to see such a fine young man suffer an injury like this after all the hard work he put in.

Trust me guys, it's painnnnful. Probably not as painful as an ACL tear or a Malone-kick to the groin, but it's painful.

Like flipmode said, the dislocation will continue to happen if you don't get surgery. I've experienced it. Though strength conditioning workouts on the shoulder after weeks and weeks of rest will help the whole area become stronger (which leads to less injuries in my experience), the feeling in your arm isn't the same.

I feel so sorry for Wade. I almost dislocated my shoulder a few year ago swinging softball bat. I was screaming like there was no tomorrow. I know how hurt it is.

I was just poking around the 'Net and came across this :

    http://fantasybasketball.usatoday.com/content/player.asp?sport=NBA&id=931

    Look at Feb. 13, 2007 - 11:38 p.m. ET entry :

Despite injuring his left shoulder during a collision with Portland's Joel Przybilla -- he called it a hyperextension and said he heard a pop -- Dwyane Wade finished Tuesday's win with 35 points, five assists, three blocks, two steals and a 3-pointer.

I havent been this sad for an injured player since Yao. U could see the pain and sadness in Yao's face that night in December when Tim Thomas took his leg out, and the same fact I saw tonight with Flash. I was really sad, I mean to see the dude cry was pretty hard to watch. I hope he gets well and makes it back for the playoffs, or if in his best interest, have surgery now and rehab and come back for the 07-08 season

I feel bad for Wade, but not for the Heat. They won a title last year. They capitalized on their small window with Shaq.

As a Rockets fan, I simply can't shed any tears for another team's season being torpedoed by injuries. We've been through hell the last 3 years. Juwan in '05. T-Mac, Yao, and Sura in '06. And T-Mac and Yao this season.

Man DWade, I seriously hope you can come back soon, he Heat need you and the entire NBA is less exciting by 25% due to your injury.

Honesty Wade has become one of my more favorite players. Sad to see him go down to injury like this..really sucks...remember Carl Herrera..after one dislocation the guy would pop his shoulder out with the slightest touch...hopefully he will fully recover.

The Toyota Center may need some Fengshui check, seriously. T-Mac and Yao last season, Yao this season, Deke knocking out any people close to him and now D Wade. I don't mind introducing some Fengshui master to Rox! ;)

Wade was having such an awesome year. The Heat could well have won two titles in a row if Wade had not gone down in the playoffs against the Pistons in '05. I totally admire him as a player and wish him a speedy recovery. This sucks for the NBA.
