True, its ironic he got hurt on defense, but the hits he takes on offense, it was a matter of time before he got hurt.

So Wade severely dislocated his shoulder. Out for the rest of the season. For all the critics that said Yao couldn't make his teammates better without tmac, that dispite his stats, the team still loses. Let see how Shaq fares without Wade now. Remember, he had Kobe in LA and Penny in Orlando. Lets see how Shaq fares now, so the critics can shut the **** up.

I don't like this for several reasons -

    1. Wade is one hell of a player. The league is worse off for his absence.

    2. The Heat were finally coming on. They're one of the very few decent teams in the East and with Wade out, they're going to be pretty worthless. That means the Eastern Conference playoffs are that much easier for whoever wins the East (probably the Pistons). They'll have to exert minimal effort to get to the finals and be well rested and waiting for the Western champs. Sucks. It isn't fair really. Hell, I think that had a whole lot to do with how the Heat were able beat the Mavs last year.

So did you teach Dallas fans how to be so classless or did they teach you?

Please rise to the occasion and have some decency.

    Matt is the link.

That sucks for Wade and Miami. Thanks for news MattJ

I was just thinking if this meant Riley would be leaving soon.

You could tell from the look of fear in Wade's eyes after he got hurt that the injury had to be really bad. As an NBA fan, I hate to see this happen to a player of his caliber. Good time to have Shaq on your fantasy team, I guess. :(

Wow! That's REALLY bad news for everyone concerned (yes, including us Rockets fans). I guess it's up to the Rockets/Spurs/Suns to stop the Mavs from winning it all this season. :(

Very unfortunate for Miami, I guess Detroit will have a 'cakewalk' to the Finals this season.

Hopefully they can beat the Mavs if/when they get there...

Thanks for sharing Matt. Tough break for Wade and the Heat. I think it'll be interesting to see how Shaq responds to this. I don't think he's ready to carry the load again.

Ya its gonna be a cakewalk for the Pistons. Its mindboggling, i thought Tmac was going to be the hurt one early.

I wonder how long before there is offical info

Maybe, but 20 pts and 16 rebounds is hardly a bad shaq. But can he "still" make his teammates better like the critics say? We'll see. Shaq had kobe in LA, Penny in Orlando. Wade in Miami. Has shaq ever played without a co-superstar?
