Curt Shilling would be proud. Seriously, when Wade went to the locker room, I said to my wife "you watch, they're going to try and make a big production out of it when he inevitably comes back out." Sure enough, they did the picture-in-picture to show him walking back out to the court. The whole thing felt staged. Nice try, ABC. But it had no effect on us whatsoever - except to annoy us because we couldn't see the game.

The video in the OP has been removed. However, I saw this on ESPN this morning, where LBJ was saying stuff like "yeah, this change from 85 to 90 degrees [Miami to Dallas] is really affecting my sinuses". Was that not in the video posted in the OP?
