Waco fertilizer plant explosion

This ruling wiuld seem to help the insurance company right? Maybe even help it dodge legal action against them from victims. Seems fishy to me.

 

That is crazy -- I wonder if someone knew the ammonium nitrate would eventually go critical?

 

Hadn't thought about that. Though I'd still say the company's storage of dangerous chemicals was negligent.
