Come on, do we need to continuously bump this thread? And yes, VY threw one INT, not two. McNabb threw two but one was negated because the defense had 12 men on the field.
Wow, never thought I'd see Tinman bump a thread using a pic of a guy wearing a Tracy McGrady jersey.
anyone watching sportscenter right now? watch the bottom line ticker, and watch the probowl stats. The Texans are so damn good, they have Two pro bowl quarterbacks.
Since the thread has already been bumped.... VY fan or not, this is pretty cool. FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — To some NFL players, Pro Bowl week provides a chance to spend time with family. For others it's a week to party, and with South Beach just down the road, there's plenty of that to get into. Titans quarterback Vince Young spent Saturday afternoon building sand castles on the beach with two boys who could've passed for his own. On Friday night they all acted like a bunch of kids, pillow-fighting and wrestling in Young's room at the Marriott Harbor Beach Hotel. This was exactly what Young had in mind when he found out he'd been selected to participate in the Pro Bowl. The boys are Tyler and Trenton McNair, sons of late Titans quarterback Steve McNair. Young invited them to spend the weekend with him at the site of the NFL's annual all-star game. McNair's widow, Mechelle, and her mother are here, too. They're having a ball. "Those are my little brothers, my boys," Young said after wrestling Trenton and Tyler to the ground after Saturday's practice. "And I would do anything for them and as long as they're smiling and happy.'' They had big smiles on Saturday. Players from the AFC and NFC teams made their way over to slap hands. Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, who was McNair's teammate in Baltimore, gave them a hug. At the end of practice, Young held 6-year-old Trenton's hand as they walked across the field. It was the start of a full day. "We're having fun. He's surprising us with a lot of stuff,'' 11-year-old Tyler said, looking up at Young. "He has been great to me and my brother. I think it's because he cares for us and he loves us like we love him.'' McNair was shot and killed on July 4, 2009, in Nashville. At his funeral in Mississippi a few days later, Young looked into the crowd and told the boys they could count on him. He's made good on his promise. In September he stood in as their father figure as part of a "Dear Dads Breakfast" at St. Paul Christian Academy in Nashville. Trenton and Tyler were his guests at Titans games throughout the season, often hanging out in the locker room.
Grossman screwed himself when he admitted to not preparing for a game, and they left out a stat. Vince Young also 1255 Rushing yards on 239 attempts vs. 89 yards on 58 attempts for their careers. Now Vince got his 2nd shot, and made good on it, unlike Grossman.
ahh the good ol' reply post with a a) picture b) youtube video c) song lyric, that has nothing to do with the quoted post. I see that we went with selection A.
Let's not get gangster on me. Ok, let me offer you a peace offering. Come over to my place, and I can grill you up some nice VY Sausage. Not as good and tasty like Earl Campbell's, but it's close
