I could ask the same thing of you... and many others.

Who someone likes doesn't bother me... but why someone likes them, and why they feel so insecure about it, does interest me however.

You could indeed, but at the end of the day, nothing said on here makes a hill of beans difference.

Texans fans. If we want the VY contingent to SHUT UP...we have to win on MNF.

Period....we probably don't make the playoffs without that win anyway.

Sure they will still make excuses about how the game plan didn't allow Baby Vince to use his "strengths" but their heart won't be in it if we tear that heart out at Reliant.

    Go Texans.

I think its pretty obvious that the collective will never shut up... although they're much quieter when he's not starting... it was awfully quiet around here last year.

No, it's because UT fans were being smarmy pricks after the draft - even though most of y'all didn't care about the Titans after they were drafted, suddenly you became THE BEST TITANS FANS IN THE WORLD and loudly advertised that fact in your rivals' hometown. Of course, once the sheen wore off and it became obvious that Mario Williams was the far superior player, all of the bandwagoners went back to rooting for the Cowboys or some other crap team

While I'm pleased to see Kevin Kolb in the NFL, I don't really give a **** about the Eagles. But now that James Casey, a guy who played for UH's rivals and wrecked us for over 100 yards last year, plays for the Texans, I root like hell for him to succeed.

No, it has nothing to do with our schools, and everything with y'all being obnoxious as hell.

Hey now, you DO live in Houston, and I recall some pretty nasty David Carr commentary from you counselor.

    :D

Arguably, my lack of being a true "Texans fan" allows me to look at Matt Schaub through truthful glasses.

He is an average QB.....with an average arm......who is decent but not great.

Anyway, I am happy the Texans are 5-3, Houston deserves a good team.

I am just not going to ever be a big fan of them.....once the Oilers left, the NFL lost a big fan....now, I cheer more for my fantasy players than teams....lol.

Let's just hope Super Schaub can stay injury free this year.

They have some now. Hating the emotionally undeveloped Vince lovers gives them even more history and reason to love them.

The Houston Rockets were established in 1971 and were in the Finals in 1981. That's nine years. The Texans are working on eight. Would you make fun of die-hard Rockets fans in 1981 or 1979?

Hating the dip**** Vince lovers has helped make a a die-hard Texan fan. For that I am kind of grateful, but I still hate them.

I think I'm going to just put this in my signature until Vince Young is no longer in the NFL.

And its not like the Titans have even been the Titans all that long.

What, 10 years now? OOoh that's a lot of history eh?

It would still be 3-1 against the Texans, so that won't shut us up unless the Texans dominate, and if people don't continue bringing these threads back from the dead. Vince has to start losing football games before we lose confidence in him.
