And Houstonians never cared about Tmac's stats in Orlando or his soft cousin Vince Carter.

And Bud Adams this whole Bud Adams vs. Houston get to him and he drafted the wrong players and payed him millions of dollars because of it. So, Bud is the one who got owned.

And this shows how dumb you really are. If you take 17 and double it, you'll be close to my age and yes I was born and raised in Houston even though I no longer live there now, I'm still a diehard Texans and Rockets fan.

Oh really? Bud Adams got owned?

If people here had a choice between the Texans or keeping the Oilers. they would have kept the Oilers.

They've been good consistently for along time, while the Texans are still not 100% sure about their coaching.

David Carr era or Steve McNair era?

There are so many things wrong with this post, I am not sure where to begin.

In fact, I will just allow you to keep posting away.

Well he did bump this thread. seems for a diehard Texans fan, he sure likes to talk about a Titan who's barely played in 2 years.

    hmmm.

I think its funny that he is "closer to 34" than 17.

I can think of a certain pro football team in Houston that he would look good running...

If he inherited this team it would be terrible. Fisher is a a D guy and this team has no D. I think fisher is a good coach, but he just plays to conservative for my liking. Sometimes you have to go for it if you want to win it all.

Benson was a big knucklehead. He has turned it around.

Check the game thread from yesterday. I mentioned that we should have signed him and don't understand why they are/were high on Chris Brown esp after his long absence from a NFL game.

There were some other posters who also said that we could obviously use Benson right about now.

So all of a sudden you're Mr. Maturity, and it's got nothing do with the Titans being 0-5 right?

It's too bad Cedric Benson flamed out on the team that drafted and vested a lot of money in him. Sad shame. It's good he seems to have his head on straight. Hope he keeps it up.

But VY's problem isn't just between the ears, it's a matter of not being able to pass accurately. He just can't do it. It isn't a matter of just growing up and acting responsibly, which is all Benson needed to do (and needs to keep on doing).

He won back-to-back Rose Bowls, finished 2nd in the Heisman Trophy voting, won the Davey O'Brien award as best college QB, won ROY, went to a pro bowl, and yet he only had one great game in college.

I am a Horn. VY is the best college football player I've ever seen.

He has been an unmitigated disaster as a pro. There's really no way around it.

I would agree that he hasn't been much of anything as a pro, and in fact just seems to get worse each year, but claiming the guy had one great game in college, and that was it, is just plain hate.

He did go to the pro bowl, but a running qb just might not win.

I wonder were tebow will go. I think VY was a better college player than tebow.
