Man, Bud is so the MAN!!! THANK YOU so much for demanding the Titans take VY over any of the other QBs in this draft. This kid is going to LEAD the Titans back to the promised land and this time they will be the ones holding the trophy. This kid has been a winner at every level he has every played. The NFL will be no different!!! Ps - Did not want to forget to exclude thanking the entire Texans organization for allowing the most special player in years to slip to the Titans... Thank you. Thank you... Thank you... Titan fans will forever be indebted to your generosity!!!
What they doing? Hatin on us But they can't REDRAFT, RELIANT OVERPRICED ENERGY HALIBURTON STADIUM is the HOUSE and VINCE YOUNG IS DA BOSS!
tinman you are so biased dude, why don't you show the pix of all the little kids with "IN-CARR-EDIBLE" signs that go to Texans road games? We are in good hands.
People bought into the hype against VY, and now they are paying for it. His throwing motion wasn't traditional so they knocked him and said it wouldn't work in the pros. Because he was so mobile and can run so well, I think that also made people think that if ran so much it was because "really that's all he had going for him, and after all pro defenses won't allow that like college ones will, so he will fail." What people forget is that VY is flat out has leadership and that special drive that will allow him to do whatever he needs to in order to get the win. It is the same type of drive that Michael Jordan had. It is special, and players that have that in any sport shouldn't be overlooked. VY was overlooked, and that is too bad. Add to that the Texans had confidence enough in their QB that they weren't going to draft VY. VY would be a rookie, and would only be getting a few snaps behind Carr. It is great to see Vince doing so well.
Al Michaels just said after the long Bush TD reception -- "That was great to watch for anyone but Texan fans who have to be asking themselves 'What the hell were we thinking with our draft!?'"
"On Sunday, he was decidedly more subdued about the subject when asked if the game was personal. "Somewhat and somewhat not. I really feel like the Tennessee Titans are the hometown team -- the Oilers," he said. " http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/recap;_ylt=AqfNZn9Oal10ZtrBDXTPpZQ5nYcB?gid=20061210034
