Has there been a player to do the things that VY has done over his career in recent memory? The guy is a psycho.
That was Bud Adams who made that decision. He wanted McNair to restructure his deal but McNair didn't agree to it. Bud didn't want McNair to get hurt training for them and be on the hook for his salary for the remainder of the year.
I think the McNair situation happened because he was in the middle of contract negotiations/holding out. So until they were sure he was coming back, they didn't want him using their stuff or involved with the team. And also, that was during the offseason... and the call of the FO (business decision)... not Fisher.
How about the guy who raped two girls or the guy who killed dogs or the guy who killed someone or beat up his wife or the guy who stomped on someones head.
Andy Reid and TO off the top of my head. When you act like an idiot and cry baby you are going to have to pay the consequences. VY basically embarrassed Fisher in the locker room judging by the comments he said.
Ill-Skillz trolling me, again ! I own his thoughts....he comes here just for little old me. WOOT ! DD
"Little" old you.... that's a laugh. I think it's hilarious that you keep making a fool of yourself defending an idiot like VY.
Well, considering the fact that he did get suspended and is on a short leash... he still got a punishment for his actions. The point I was trying to make is that if you have someone like VY who's acting immature, there's no unjust in Fisher banning him from practice.
I do, does Langhi? He brought these guys up, for some reason, even though I think it was pretty obvious that criminal behavior wasn't really the discussion here as much as internal team stuff and on-field behavior.
Setting aside the response that has already been made to you, let me add this: While what those men did were obviously worse offenses, they were not offenses that put them in confrontation with the team. Sports franchises generally will let the official discipline play out with players who make mistakes like that and internally support their guys and act like nothing happened. When they feud with the organization though all hell breaks loose.
Vince may want to give Miami a phone call. He'd have Parcells to help guide him, a beautiful burgeoning city with great weather, and a coach that embraces the unconventional. Not to mention, he'd have one of the top WRs to throw to.
On the flip, he would also have all of MIA to distract him, along with the allure of hanging with LeDiva and the CHeat.
