    Oh please.

The VY fanboy refrain for the last 5 years has been nothing but bashing on the Texans every single freaking chance they get.

If it wasn't already obvious, Vince may have closed the books on the '06 draft argument forever today.

Young has played great this year, when he has played. He can't stay healthy.

The hate towards VY on this forum is ridiculous. Everybody wants to jump on him for no real reason.

You do realize what the title of this thread, right? If you can't figure out why there is a population of this forum that has turned against VY, you're just not ****ing trying hard enough.

Clearly the Texans defense has gotten better since the 06 draft.

VY clearly can't handle adversity well, but Fisher is not the coach for him. He never has been behind him. VY has talent, no question about it. The Texans on the other hand....are not talented on defense. Williams did not make the defense any better.

I guess I wont be wearing my VY jersey next wknd at reliant...lol...

He is like top 5 in passer rating. How many of those guys just get pulled for making mistakes. I hope he makes it.

Vince Young didn't make the Titans offense any better.

Ask any team who they would draft today and it would be Williams hands down.

Mario Williams is 100% better than Young. You are an idiot to think otherwise.

VY wouldn't have fixed them either.

At least no matter what regime comes in here, Mario will be there and is a pro bowl calibur player at his position every year.

I will agree with you on the football decision when you have David Carr as your QB but why do you think it was a bad business decision? They have sold out every game and they have one of the highest valued franchises.

I honestly think it would have been worst for VY to be drafted here. I don't think he would have handled it very well when things start to go bad and the hometown fans start to turn on him.

He plays for the Texans biggest rival and the team formally the Houston Oilers. Fans dislike QB's that play for their rival. Wouldn't mind VY if he was a back up QB for the Texans.

As Fisher gathered the team, Young uttered expletives under his breath as he was getting dressed, according to the source.

Young then headed for the locker room door. Fisher told him not to walk out on his teammates. Young responded that he was not walking out on his teammates, but was walking out on Fisher, according to the source.

Young and Fisher exchanged more words as the quarterback went out the door, the source said.

Events continued outside the locker room. Young emerged and walked up a ramp to the players' parking lot. Safety Michael Griffin, wearing only a pair of shorts, ran out of the locker room and chased Young, who brushed him off and continued out of the stadium.

    Vince also tweeted-

"Just want to say I'm fine sorry to my teammates I just a cop

    "Competitive. "

"@SLCSaunders for your info I have my shoulder pads stop believing everything u here. "

Spelling has never been his strong point, lol...

Curious to see how Bud reacts to the latest Fisher-VY meltdown.

I'm not a VY "hater" by any stretch of the imagination, but I have to make this comment: You guys defending VY are delusional and your perspective about him is warped. This isn't uncommon for fans of athletes. I just wish you could view VY from an objective angle to see how distorted your filter is. Try to peel back from reacting to people that want him to fail and instead take a clean look at his behavior. There is something wrong with him that can't be blamed on Jeff Fisher.

VY needs to leave the Titans and get a fresh start somewhere else, Fisher or no Fisher. He has to be taken off the mountain of being "Vince Young" and go to a franchise where he needs to prove himself just like everyone else and people don't give a flip about what he did in college or how high he was drafted.

The worst thing that can happen would be for Bud Adams to let Jeff Fisher go and shove VY down the throat of whatever coach he hires.

I am a big VY fan. I always support the hometown talent
    but
I agree. Fisher is a good coach.
I see what an owner SHOVING a QB down a New coaches throat can do
    and I don't like it.

The thing between Fisher and Vince seems PERSONAL
Maybe Fisher is resentful of Bud making the pick
    Maybe Vince is a Diva
Whatever it is . . .I don't think they can coexist unless something crazy happens
[all of this is not unlike the JVG v Steve Francis thing - except maybe even MORE PERSONAL]

I understand a coach not being comfortable with HIS GUY
as I understand having an issue with a coach you think is out to get you
    or overly hypercritical

no matter where either of them go . . i think they will both be ok.

If Bud lets Fisher go, I wouldn't mind seeing him back in Houston.
