There are now three seperate cases that have come out alleging this group of voter fraud in Oregon plus the Nevada accusation. It's starting to grow. I don't care if it's ACORN or Sproul's group that is committing voter fraud. They should be punished. It doesn't get much more serious than that. Denying voters the right to vote is removing the building block of democracy.
Yeah, it doesn't matter whether the groups that sponsored the activity were Reps, Dems, Libs, or anyone else, someone needs to go to jail over this.
Their seems to be a problem with the political consultants and especially how their contrcts are written. In most cases they benefit by having things happen (extra cash if someone backs out, extra cash if their candidate wins). What that implies to me is that these are the guys who play the "heavies" and has meeting to say Mr. Smith if you don't back out of the election now we'll release to teh press about your affair with your assistant (regardless if there is an affair or not). In Ohio a group is being prosecuted because they were affiliated with Republicans and were getting paid by the Republicans. But they would goto the Republican candidates and sey "we want to help you". But what they eneded up doing was getting paid twice. They were already getting paid by the Republican party, but they would cut the side deals with republican candidates. Is that ok, it's disputable. problem is when it came out their contracts tot eh candidates were brought to light and these contracts had the bonuses if the opposition candidate drops out a bonus is pid, and if the republican candidate wins they got a bonus. Again is it only the republics, I doubt it. But like everything in politics it's a dirty game.
The double billing of people against their candidates isn't ok either. But it also doesn't rise to the level of cheating people out of their right to vote.
