But...I believe he had been very careful to (at least) day political affiliation doesn't matter. And, of course, how is this any different than Trump saying he will forgive any payroll tax deferment if elected?
That is too easy. Bloomberg checked with his lawyers before he acted and then acted. Trump didn't check with his lawyers and made a promise that he has no plans to keep. You see. Big difference.
Go ahead, investigate him. Nothing will come of it...... the current occupant of the White House and his "help" have opened the flood gates. Like I warned the Democrats when Obama didn't follow through on government transparency, it may benefit you now but it will not later....... In this country, and in our system karma is a b**** and a lot of those that are running roughshod over the checks and balances and the basic rules and laws are going to be quite unhappy when it is flipped on them. Payback is a b****... and there is ALWAYS payback in our system.
What was promised? Bloomberg isn't stupid. He's paying off fine so they can vote. Nothing more. If there are promise, he's really stupid.
So if Trump or a republican did this? It wouldn’t be considered a prid pro quo Type of act and would be free from scrutiny?
“I will be calling on the Florida attorney general to launch an investigation,” Rep. Gaetz said. “It’s not every felon, it’s just those which they have specifically identified as the Biden voters.”
So only Biden identified voters? Mmmm interesting, sounds like a promise made to do this and get that reward type of thing to me
Correct. I wish Republican paid off all the felon's fines so they can vote. That's what Floridian wanted. But they specifically put in that poll tax, so of course they wouldn't do that, would they.
Ken Paxton is the bigger threat. This dude has been sitting on felony charges for years now and avoiding court. Meanwhile, this alleged felon is suppressing Texans' voting rights and doing all he can to follow his no mask leaders' orders during the pandemic.
Credit where it's due, but dat sub headline tho... The indictments center on about 38 ballots or applications for ballots in a Gregg County Commissioners Court race. Experts say voter fraud is rare. Unless it's Social Security... BUT HER (E)MAILS!!!
